The large vase on the left is called "From Mason's Lodge". This piece was created for the Grand Master, California. It contains much symbolism. It is made from three hundred fifty seven rectangular tiles representing the number of Masonic Lodges in California. There are thirty two layers symbolic of the thirty two degrees of Scottish Rite Masonry. The three designs appearing around the vase symbolize the three degrees of Masonry, and the three colors in the designs represent the three branches of York Rite Masonry.
